Nest thermostat stuck on

My nest 3rd generation has turned on the hot water valve and it won’t turn off. I’ve tried a reset. The only way to turn it off is to disable the option completely in the nest pro section?

Its like the message to turn off the valve isn’t working, unless i completely disable the function in the setup

Could you tell me please if the Bacteria prevention feature is on? Please go into Settings > Equipment > Continue > Bacteria prevention and let me know. If it's on, please turn it off and monitor it for 48 hours.
