Nest thermostat stuck with "starting soon" message

Installed recently after factory reset. Trying cooling system. For every few mins it's showing starting soon message repeatedly. Resetting restarting not helping me. Any clues what's going on with my system ?

Let me start by asking you about the wiring configuration on your nest thermostat. Do you check if all the wires are correctly connected? You have a "C" wire connected on your base? is the base correctly connected with the base?
