I have tried everything to connect my thermostat to wifi. Help!

I have the learning thermostat, the thermostat does not display any error codes or messages. All items in my home are connected to wifi. the router is very close to the thermostat. I am controlling the thermostat from the wall. I am not sure how to answer the question of the software version.

Thanks for replying. To check the software version, please follow these steps: go to Settings > Software and check if it says "Update." If not, everything is okay.

Additionally, I recommend activating your mobile hotspot and trying to connect your Nest thermostat to it. If it doesn't connect, please let me know.

Thanks for trying the troubleshooting steps. As for your question about a mobile hotspot, it's essentially your smartphone acting as a mini Wi-Fi router. It uses your smartphone data plan to create a Wi-Fi network that other devices can connect to.
Please try connecting your Nest Learning Thermostat to your mobile hotspot. If your Nest Thermostat still can't find or connect to the hotspot, please let me know.
