We have had to manually work both power and water for 2 weeks. The thermostat is wired and says battery is low and then restarts. Happens in a loop. I’ve moved the device/ un installed and reinstalled and nothing is working. Is the device faulty??

Hello TheresaH
Thank you for posting in this community, To best assist you based on the information you've shared, please follow these instructions:
Pull off the thermostat display and use the USB port on the back to charge it with a USB cable and wall charger.
Note: Do not use a computer USB port or other unpowered USB port for charging, connect it directly from an outlet.
The display should eventually light up with a message asking you to connect it to the base. try to charge up the device for about 2 hours and ensure that the thermostat is receiving enough power then Reconnect the display to the thermostat base. Press firmly until you hear it click into place.
Regards,
Daniel
