I am having a problem connecting my nest thermostat to the WiFi. A previous user had been using this nest successfully connected to WiFi- with the same WiFi network name and password. They then disconnected from this thermostat and when I try to connect it to the internet the thermostat says the password has changed for the network. Although I am using the correct network name and password. Other non nest devices have been successfully paired with the WiFi recently. This also happens for the other nest thermostat in my house.
