Thermostat is 3 years old. It's worked fine up until now. Now that it just got cold in TX we changed it to heat and it will not activate the furnace which is only 1 year old. Furnace guy came out and furnace worked fine for him. I've done a reset and cleared the schedule and then manually added every single day with the heating schedule and the nest shows like it is heating but it is not heating.
It is not in eco mode or delayed start. I have 5 cases with nest support. I believe that there is a failure between the nest and the new furnace and I'm stuck between Nest support and the HVAC repair guy to prove it. And of course the nest thermostat is just out of warranty:(
