Nest thermostat

I installed new nest thermostat and the nest says its 75 degrees in room and its only 69. How do I fix

A few questions — what specific Nest thermostat is this? Where did you install your thermostat? Also, have you tried some troubleshooting steps already? If yes, could you list them down?
