Faulty Learning Nest Thermostst

Last week I texted with various reps about my replacement for my 3rd gen. Smart Learning Thermostat. Each rep sent me the same response; please re-order your thermostat and we will reimburse you upon receiving your faulty one. Herein lies my dilemma....

Eco mode is ridiculous

While at home if you don't walk past the thermostat frequently it goes into eco mode. I notice it when I start sweating. The concept is great but Google is insane on how quickly it switches into eco. I've disabled it.
