How can I change the location of Nest thermostat?

I installed the 3rd Nest thermostat about 6 years ago in Korea. As I remember, the location data was set automatically and weather info was shown on the Nest. 

But from few weeks ago, my nest have shown error mark which says it cannot get weather information. 

How can I change the location and fix it to show weather info?

Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the delayed response. 

I'm afraid that we can't guarantee the full functionality of our devices in countries where they're not officially released yet. However, you may try the following steps if they work for you:

1. Make sure that your thermostat is online or connected to your Wi-Fi network. 
2. Confirm your home's location. You can do this either via the Nest app or the thermostat display. For the step by step guide, please refer to this link: https://bit.ly/3Kbebg3
3. Double check your location information as well.
