Nest thermostat

I cannot get my phone to sync. I have tried all the suggested fixes.  I do not get a code when I push what I am supposed to, and nothing happened when I scanned the QR code. Any help would be appreciated.

A few questions — what type of Nest thermostat is this? Was it connected a Wi-Fi network before? Also, what code are you pertaining to? Is this the entry code by any chance?
