Screen became totally blank/black

The display quit working and I cannot access anything but I can hear sound when rotate it. (It seem it is working despite the dead display)

I tried everything 1. Remove and recharge with USB 2. Press 10 sec to reboot 3. Check wiring and changing the power cable RC to RH. However, all failed. 

Because I’m not using the app, I’m not able to control anything now.

Thanks for the photo and I'm sorry to hear about your Nest thermostat. 

A few questions — when did this start happening? Any changes made to the actual display before this started happening? Also, was there a chance that this was dropped before? 

If you could also let me know when and where was this bought as well as what country are you in, that would be awesome.
