Nest thermostat

My Nest thermostat keeps saying 2 hours to reach desired temp even thought it is at the temp I set

Is it on a hot wall or in the sun?

Thanks for reaching out here in the Google Nest Community.

I'd like to check a couple things for us to further isolate the issue. How long has it been happening? Did you make any changes on the Nest Thermostat settings? Was there any servicing done on your HVAC unit?
