Hi,
I’ve got two thermostat that are on stands one for upstairs and one for down.
one has been fine and the other disconnects from the heat link about three times a day.
Unfortunately the other day the app just off loaded the thermostat and now I can’t seem to get another entry code. I’m convinced the thermostat is faulty. Can anyone help please? Thankyou.

How many heat links do you have installed? You can only have one thermostat linked to a heat link.

Generally the thermostat should not be removed from the Nest app on its own, unless removed or factory reset. Just to check, how long have they been installed for and working before you noticed this behavior and what models do you have at the location, the 3rd Generation or the E version?
