Heatlink stopped working AGAIN after replacement

Hello,

I want to express my disappointment because this is our second Nest in almost two years. I hope someone can help me. My Heatlink has no light even after doing a re-set (30 second hold) and restarting the fuse. The boiler is working fine because I can get hot water.

This is the error message I have been getting. My nest is currently charging via USB on my wall socket but this does not resolve the issue. I have contacted the Google-recommended company that replaced our previous thermostat. I would be grateful for any help because it is very cold in my flat right now.

Thank you!

Hi there! Sorry to hear about this issue, but no worries, I'll do my best to help you sort this issue out. So, there's no LED on the Heat Link and on the display of the thermostat you have the H72 code message. Could you please let me know if you tried some troubleshooting steps besides what you mentioned above? Also, could you please try these steps and tell me afterwards if the issue still persists?

1. Check that the breaker switches are set to on.
2. Turn the fuse board switches (circuit breakers) off and on.
3. Turn on Manual Mode to verify boiler activation.
