Nest thermostat

My app changed and I now only see home or away. It's not letting me change temp, see history, set schedule, etc. I may have migrated to Google account but I don't see the nest product in there and Nest is not one of the choices to download, lots of other thermostat products but not nest. Please help me.

  1. Ensure that you are trying to login with the correct email address associated with your Nest Thermostat. You can try "Sign in with Google" and "Sign in with Nest.".
  2. Make sure you have the latest version of the Nest app installed on your device. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
  3. Double-check that the migration to your Google account was successful. If not, you may need to go through the migration process again.
  4. While troubleshooting, check if there are alternative settings or options by going to the Nest Web app page and use the same credentials linked to your thermostat.
