- Is this a new installation?
- Do you have a conventional or a heat pump system?
- When did your system last receive a professional maintenance check?
- Has there been any recent changes or upgrades to your HVAC system?
- Is the eco mode enabled?
- Would you mind sharing a picture of your wiring configuration?
- When did the temperature start to change unexpectedly?
- Does the issue happen on heating only, cooling only, or both?
Additionally, ensure all thermostat wires are securely inserted into the correct terminals and the buttons next to the terminals are pushed down.
