Nest turning itself down too cold

Every night no matter the temp, my nest thermostat kicks on at 66 degrees. I need to prevent it from doing this as I wake up freezing. Lowest temp on the schedule is 72.

• Is the Nest thermostat newly installed?
• Do you have a Nest Renew subscription, or are you enrolled in the Rush Hour Rewards program?
• When did the inconvenience first occur?
• Have there been any recent changes or upgrades to your HVAC system?
