Nest turning on at 3am while set to reach 21 at 8am

The nest turning the heating on at around 3am every morning. The programming is set for 9 degrees C during the night and 21 at 8am. it is able to get to temperature long before 8am,

Yikes! I'm sorry to hear that your thermostat randomly turns your heat around 3:00 am every morning. Are you located in North America or Europe? What type of Nest Thermostat do you have?
