Nest turns on and off on it's own

This is the biggest load of **bleep** i have ever known my old thermostat would do what i wanted it to do this load of **bleep** does what it wants how do i get it to just turn on when i want heat and turn off when i dont?

For you to get your Nest Thermostat to send signal to start heating or cooling, you can set your temperature schedule. There are other features that makes it easier for you to feel comfortable in your home with the help of your Nest Thermostat.
