Nest will not connect to the internet

Help, I have 2 Nest Learning 3rd Generation Thermostats.  One will no longer connect to the internet.  I have tried everything up to resetting my modem.  One of the thermostats is connected and the other one will not.  Any suggestions?  Or has this thermostat gone bad?

Sorry to hear about your Nest Learning Thermostat not connecting to your Wifi network. I want to check it further. 

A few questions — did this thermostat in questions connect successfully to your current WiFi network? If yes, were there recent changes made before it was disconnected? Also, are you getting a specific message or code on your Nest app or thermostat display when attempting to connect it to your WiFi network?
