Nest with NTI boiler and AC unit

Can one Nest thermostat be used to control a NTI boiler and a separate AC unit? Winter snd summer uses.

No, had a new high efficiency boiler installed. Presently there is no AC in the house. Now thinking about adding AC and wondering if the same thermostat can be used.
