Nest won’t heat after Rush Hour override

My Nest in a remote location will not kick back on after a Rush Hour override. Dangerously cold weather and RH turned it down to 45^ ! How to get back on when not there? Gas company won’t help, Nest won’t help. Tips, please?

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with this. Let's see why it did not turn on your system after the Rush Hour event.

When rush hour is over, your thermostat should return to its normal temperature schedule. Is your heat running before Rush Hour happens? Also, do you have a temperature schedule?
