Nest won't stay connected

Thermostat won't stay connected. Internet is connected and has no issues. It's down EVERY day now. and when it's down there is no way to adjust the temp. At the prices you all charge for this simple device, it's amazing how poorly is works!

Thanks for reaching out and we're sorry to hear about what's happening.

When the thermostat is not connected to the internet, you should be able to change the temperature manually from it. Could you verify if the thermostat is connected to a 2.4Ghz or 5 on your WiFi router? How about the distance of the thermostat from the router? Is there any appliance or electronic device near it?
