NestThermostat changes

One been reading the issues people have had with the nest thermostat changing temperature and moods by ridiculousitself randomly.. I can't believe that Google have not fixed this big. I am certain its a software bug their response that its the working is ridiculous!! Its just their way of passing the issues back to the individuals who have paid good money for their products that are not for for purpose. They should also pick up my has bill since its the product that comes on when it wants costing me A fortune!!! I am on my own disabled on benefits and in debt for my fuel.
