Net not displaying temperature after using mobile devise

Hi everyone. 
my nest is not displaying the temperature change after changing it in my iOS device .  Before I used to immediately see it on the nest device after I change the temperature on my mobile device and not it’s not longer doing it. 
Any advice on this?

I'm sorry to hear you lost access to your Nest Thermostat in the app. I'd be happy to take a look at this for you.

Please make sure that you're signed in with the same email address associated with your thermostat. If you are, check for any available home structures where it was connected.
