Did you wire it something like this?

Red - R to R

White - W1 to W (jumper toW2/X2 not needed)

Yellow Y to Y

Green - G to G

Brown - B to C

I did the following

Red - R

White - W

Yellow - y

Green  -G  (says it does not see connected on reset/resetup)

Brown - B not to C

Should Brown go to C and not B?

Yes, move the brown wire to the C terminal.

If you are still not sure, you can look at the terminal block on the control board in the furnace/air handler and see where the brown wire connects

Hey there,

Thanks for the update. I am glad to hear that it works now on your heat pump system. As for your dual fuel one, you will need to have a trained professional set it up. It’s important for a professional to assess the requirements for your specific dual fuel configuration since choosing incorrect options for a dual fuel system can result in damage to your system. We recommend to contact a local pro.

Best,

Melba
