New Nest Thermostat-No Entry Code

Just installed a new Nest thermostat. It’s working but not showing in app, just “Home”. When I try to add new device, it asks for Entry Key. There is no Nest icon in Settings to get the key. Also trying to add a sensor, app says I have to add a thermostat. UGH!

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your inquiry. I'd love to help.

You can go to your actual thermostat's Nest App settings to scan the QR code or get the entry key. Please make sure that your thermostat is connected to your W-FI internet first before proceeding with adding it to the Nest app. Have a look at this article and let us know if you need more help.
