Hi, we just purchased a home that has the nest thermostat. I I am in the process of learning about this. I have never seen anything like it. Is there anything I have to do in order to take it over as we move into the new home? Also, we noticed that the air conditioner is constantly running, Is this like a normal air conditioner that when it reaches a certain temperature it turns off and then when it needs to turn back on again, it will do that automatically?
