New boiler installed Nest not picking up water heating schedule

We have recently had our boiler replaced since then the boiler doe not always pick up the water heating schedule. Even if I boost the water from my app it does not pick up the message. In these cases I can only get it to work by pressing the heatlink. Please can anyone help this is really frustrating.
