New heat link

Heat link has broken in 18 months need a new one

Hi @Francis . I would be happy to try and assist you.

 

Make sure to check all breakers and switches if you have not already, to confirm nothing has tripped. Also check the boiler as it can have a separate switch. Confirm it has power, it should have an LED or display that turns on.

 

If it all looks good, try and power cycle the Heat Link, if you're comfortable in doing so. Basically turn the power to the Heat Link off and then back on. Once it is back on check to see if the Heat Link has any reaction when you press the button on it.
