New phone can't control thermostat

New phone and the app shows my account is connected to it, but the thermostat controls do not appear. The app wants me to add a new device. I went through those steps and it asks for a key code. But since it's already connected there's no way to get a new key code.

Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the delay. 

 

Do you still need help with this? If yes, are you signed in to the Nest app on your new phone using the same email address you used to setup your thermostat before? Also, did you sign in with the "Sign with Google" option or the "Sign in with Nest" one?
