Next Learning not adapting to new furnace

I installed a new furnace/AC this summer, using the existing Nest that worked fine with the old unit.

Now that the weather has turned cold, I find the Nest is not turning the furnace on at the right time to hit the morning heat target.  There is no pattern I can detect.  Sometimes it is a little late getting started; sometimes more so.  The other day, it did not even start heating until after the morning target time.

What should I do with resolve this?

Adjust the schedule through the Nest app or the thermostat's settings. Set the morning heating period to start at the desired time and ensure the target temperature is set to your desired level. Check the thermostat's physical placement, avoiding drafts or direct sunlight that may affect temperature readings. Install the latest firmware of the app in your phone's app store to address known issues and improve performance.
