I currently have a Honeywell T8112D1005 (see attached 4 wire wiring picture) thermostat, controlling heating and AC. White wire attached to "W", blue wire attached to "Y", green wire attached to "G" and red wire attached to "R". Also a jumper between the 2 bottom screws. I'm interested in purchasing a Nest Model T3007ES. I tried the Nest compatibility checker, but wasn't sure of all the answers to the questions. Hoping someone can help validate the compatibility. Also pulled a diagram from the product manual found on the internet. Thank you.
