No Usage and Thermostat keeps restarting

Hi, can anyone help? My Google Nest thermostat keeps restarting randomly. I have reset it a few times checked the connections which are all good and reset my router but it still keeps doing it? Also when I go on the nest app it says no usage however there is usage but its not displaying it correctly. Can someone please help? Its only been installed for about 4 weeks thank you

Can you check on the Nest (not on the app) if it is connected to your wifi network.

Also on Nest do power status check to see if Vin shows 24-30 volts power.

Yes I'm still experiencing an issue with the app saying no usage however when you click on the day it shows the usage. I've uninstall the app and reinstalled still having the same issue. All Internet connection is okay just seems to be the app. Can some one help? Please
