No charge held

No charge when plugged into stand

Charged overnight only for it to shutdown 5mins after putting the heating back on 

Red or green flashing light 

Connects to heating whilst has power 

Just constantly either dead or rebooting when in stand

This is certainly not normal for our Nest Thermostat; however, we will work to find a solution.

Just to be sure, let me as:

• If there is a wiring report or error message on your thermostat and/or app.
• What type of Nest thermostat do you have?
• Were there any power outages?
• Is the thermostat display responsive when interacting with it?
• What are the power readings in Settings > Technical Info > Power?
