No fan schedule?

I can't seem to find the fan schedule in order to run the fan continuously. It's not on my Google Home app and not on the thermostat itself. I have a new Nest thermostat (the one with the scroll bar on the right). I've read so many posts talking about setting a fan schedule but the only thing I can do on mine is set a timer for 15,30,60 mins and so on. Please help!

Hello Mark1984,

Thanks for reaching out here in the Google Nest Community Forum. I'd be happy to shed some light on the situation here!

I understand how convenient it is to have the fan mode, or that running the fan regularly helps even out temperatures without engaging heat or air conditioning. If you have the Nest Thermostat 2020 model, follow these steps here:

 

  1. In the Google Home app, select the thermostat in question.
  2. Tap Settings (the gear icon) and then Schedules.
  3. From the drop-down menu below the word schedules, choose Fan instead of Temperatures.
  4. You can then set the fan to run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in the fan schedule.
