No filter reminder

I have not had a filter reminder since putting in a new HVAC last July. Filter reminders are set to ON. I haven't had a reminder since January when I manually told it I was changing it. The system is set for heat 71/73 daily all winter. Before I had reminders every 30 days.

Thanks for reaching out to the Google Nest Community. 

Could you double check on your air filter settings to ensure that the reminder is still set at 30 days? Also, could you try turning the reminder OFF then ON after a couple of minutes?

There is no 30-day reminder setting on the Nest or in the mobile app anymore. It just asks on the Nest when it was last changed. The mobile app has nothing for filter reminders. I set it to Jan 1 and never has sent a reminder since either on the Nest or on my mobile. It used to work before the Nest Renew was activated. The software hasn't had an update since Nov 2, 2021.

I’m having this exact same issue. Ever since September it has not reminded me. I remembered in December and updated it on the app but now I’ve forgotten and it didn’t remind me so now it’s 6 months and still nothing!!
