No heat after installing Google Nest

I have a Google Nest (6 wires labeled Y, C, W, G, R, OB). I'm replacing a Honeywell T8034N1007 that works perfectly and has spots for 7 wires (B, O, W, R, Rc, G, W). The switch on the Honeywell is down to select "E" instead of "F". There are 5 wires connected to the Honeywell (B, Y, R, G, W). There are no jumpers.

When I wire the Nest as it says to wire in the setup (Y>Y, W>W, G>G, R>R, B>OB) There are no errors, the fan comes on just fine, but I can not get heat to come out at all. I tried moving B>C but that did not change anything. I took down the Nest and reconnected the Honeywell and it works flawlessly.

I don't want to pay another $100 to have someone come out and move a couple of wires! Can anyone off any type of guidance on what might be the problem here? I even got a warning from the thermostat on my phone saying that the temperature didn't increase when it was supposed to and to check for drafts, open doors, etc... But of course, there are none of those.

Someone please help. I really want to keep the Nest but I've resorted to using a space heater in front of the fans just to try to get the temp above 58 degrees!

Does anyone have any suggestions? I'm giving it another couple of days but then I'm returning this thing because it's worthless as-is.

This is the OP, BryanMohr. I don't know why but I can't logout of this account and back into my main account.

A little more info. Still hoping that someone might be able to offer some suggestions.

I disconnected the Nest and manually twisted R, G, W and the heat came on and blew with no problem. So I tried connecting on the Nest R->R, G->G, W->W. Got an error N262 but the fan did come on and blew COLD air. After reading the error description I decided to connect B->C to try to get power, but that changed nothing. It's still blowing COLD air only.

Please! Anyone! Please offer any help you possibly can.

Another update (in case anyone is even reading this plea for help). I got another Nest today. Same exact problem. So this is not a problem with my furnace or anything (it works great when connected to the Honeywell) and it's not a problem with the Nest (since this is a brand new one).

Is anyone even reading this?

The picture above works. The old thermostat controls it, of course. But at least this tells me that the wires are inserted properly into the Nest.
