No heat from furnace

I have the nest thermostat all wired in with nest power connector installed.  Everything seems to run on the furnace but it blows cool air instead of heat.  I have only 4 wires that run from furnace to thermostat.  R,w,g,y.  Why is this not heating?  I get no error code on the nest thermostat

Hi jhunn1185,

I'm sorry to hear about this situation, but no worries, help is here. It seems to be OK with the configuration you stated in the post, but there is not a C WIRE. That might be the reason why it is not blowing hot air. Here you have an article with some troubleshooting steps Troubleshoot strange heating or cooling behavior.

Let me know if that helps.

Regards,

Axel.
