No heat

Can you maybe elaborate a little 🙂

Was the thermostat previously working and has suddenly stopped? New install?

Apologies if you're a long time nest user, and any of the following sound like patronizing questions, but you've given nothing away, so no idea what your experience level is 🙂

1. Is the display turning Orange when you turn the dial?

2. What is the current room temperature reading on the thermostat?

3. What is your Safety temperature set to (From the App, click the gear icon in top right corner)?

4. Did you try the troubleshooter on the physical thermostat (Not the App): Press the dial, then Scroll left to Settings->Equipment, then "Continue", when it shows your wiring diagram. Follow the "Test" prompts to run each individual test (Tests depend on the connected equipment).

Just moved in, never used one of these before.  The first day here, I had heat, but now I don't.  Screen says no power. I opened mobile hotspot on phone, now it says continue setup in the Google home app and won't leave that screen
