No heating lpz-4 Lennox zone with heat pump

I get no heating . I’ve tired  switching o/b to b. 
Raised temperature and I get cooling. Heat pump. This is the wiring it suggested.

Have you already installed a Nest Thermostat? If so, could you please share with us a photo of your Nest Thermostat with the wires connected to it?
