No hot water

everything was fine then hot water stopped working. Plumber advised the nest was broken so we bought a new one but the issue is the same. Heat working fine but boiler not turning on when we boost hot water. Hot water schedule doesn’t trigger boiler either. We have a gas boiler. Can you help - it just stopped working ! Thanks

Hi there and thanks for reaching our Community. I'm really sorry to hear about your issue, but I'll do my best to help you out. Thanks for all the info provided so far, but can you please tell me if you have a separate tank for hot water as well?

Yes I have a gas boiler and a hot water tank. When I put hot water on I hear a click in the white nest box but boiler does not fire.
