No networks

My thermostat can’t find any networks I enabled hotspot on my iPhone Stood right by the thermostat with the iPhone and it still doesn’t find any networks. Restarted the thermostat a few times to avail.  HELP

Seems this is a common problem. I'm one of the lucky ones since my thermostat is still under warranty and google will be sending a replacement

Well it took 4 hours on the phone and three links to finally get to order a replacement thermostat. There has gotta be a better way to do this
