No option for "heat pump balance"

I have a Nest Learning Thermostat and a 1 Stage Heat Pump with Aux Heat system. Both the heat pump and aux heat have been tested, working fine through the Nest menu. It is currently running the heat pump through the Nest thermostat, but still there is no option for Heat Pump Balance under the Nest Sense menu. Why?

Still no heat pump balance option - looks like that may only be available for single fuel systems - but I found in the "equipment" setting, you can set the temperature at which it switches to the aux heating (mine was defaulted to 30⁰)
