No power to RH

Bought the Nest 3rd Gen learning thermostat. Wired it exactly as my previous thermostat which was supplied by Bell Smart Home. Getting the no power to RH error code.....any suggestions would be appreciated!

A few questions: 


  1. Are you located from North America or Europe?
  2. What type of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system do you have?
  3. What troubleshooting steps have you done before contacting Support? 
  4. When was the thermostat installed?
  5. Who installed the thermostat?
  6. Did the no power to RH happen during the installation or after the installation?


Also, please gather the Battery, VOC, VIN, and lIN power readings of your Nest Learning Thermostat under Settings > Technical Info > Power
