No power to rc

I have dual transformers.  Originally rh had no power so electrician changed to common wire on ac handler.  Now rc no longer has power whereas before he changed to c wire it was.

Thanks for reaching out. Let's sort this out.

Could you please share the photo of your old and new wiring? Also, check the power readouts with or without your C wire. To check it go to "Settings" and look for "Technical Info" then select "Power".
