No Nest App Screen on Thermostat

I can't set this up because there is no "Nest App" setting on the screen. ?? I can't get an entry key because there is no option for it on the screen either. Could someone help me with this? It also says "low battery." It will connect to my WiFi but then disconnect quickly.

It has to have a WiFi connection in order to connect to your phone app.  And if the battery is low, it shuts off WiFi.  Do you not have a C wire connection to keep it charged?  If not, you can pull the Nest off it's base and connect it to a phone charger with a micro-USB cable to the charging port on the back.  Charge it up for a few hours and retry.
