No usage history

No usage history showing for past 3 days

I have the same problem. Has anyone gotten an answer the resolves this issue? I see this post is nearly 2 months old - yet no response from Support?

i have 2 nest v3 thermostats and for the past 10 days both show No Usage everyday which is incorrect as i hear the HVAC unit turning on and off
