AC kicks back on sometimes

On occasion my AC shuts off then within a couple seconds it kicks back on. It coola without issues. Is this cycle done but the nest thermostat?I'm not sure which thermostat I have, it's the older learning one I think.

Echo mode comes on even when disabled

Does anyone else have this issue? I've turned off all "smart" settings but this thing keeps changing the temperature on me. I'm about to return it. I don't want it deciding the temperature of my home.

How do you energize O? I have a dual fuel heater pump. I accidently did not add the orange wire when I set it up. How do I go back & add the orange wire?

Hi, all. Nowhere can I find information as to which thermostat is compatible with a hot water heating system. Not interested in hooking up to a heat pump or the actual hot water, just the heating system. We have 3 zones. Would anyone know? Thanks.
