No voltage after power adapters

I have installed 4 nest power adapters on a 4 zone boiler. All thermostat wire is 2 wire. Added secondary transformer. Getting 24v between w and r before adapters but not after. Thermostat saying no power to Rh

Verify that you have wired it like this for each Power Connector.

You can use the same external transformer for every Power Connector.
